各位老板。我們當初選擇創業,一為了獲取更多的財富,給家人更好的物質生活,二是為了追求時間的自由解放,來更多的陪伴家人。
幾年後、十幾年後、甚至20多(duo)年(nian)後(hou)的(de)今(jin)天(tian),我(wo)們(men)發(fa)現(xian),一(yi)部(bu)分(fen)人(ren)死(si)在(zai)了(le)創(chuang)業(ye)的(de)路(lu)上(shang),一(yi)部(bu)分(fen)人(ren)有(you)財(cai)富(fu)沒(mei)時(shi)間(jian),一(yi)部(bu)分(fen)有(you)時(shi)間(jian)沒(mei)有(you)財(cai)富(fu),最(zui)悲(bei)催(cui)的(de)是(shi)剩(sheng)下(xia)那(na)一(yi)部(bu)分(fen),既(ji)沒(mei)有(you)時(shi)間(jian)也(ye)沒(mei)有(you)財(cai)富(fu)的(de)。

人生無處不交換,成功的關鍵因素是在什麼時間、什麼地點、為什麼人做了什麼事?首先,不管是對於我們個人還是企業而言,有一個至關重要的前提,兩個字--定位,正所謂定位定天下,比如說你企業的定位是什麼?你的產品的定位?目標客戶群體的定位?你在你企業中的定位是什麼?

看不見的需求才是客戶真正的傷口。舉個簡單的例子,我們在打造產品賣點的時候就融入了三個方麵的心理需求,如安全性、重要性、還有成長的需求。客戶通常在選擇供應商的時候看售前、售中,特別是售後的服務,市場大部分單一的產品項目,那我們有工廠作為後盾,出現任何狀況都能及時第一時間去補救。賣點
其實就是找到客戶的痛苦,挖掘它深層次需求的凝結點。我的客戶,他想要怎樣的結果很簡單,做一場活動。

必須要不斷升級產品新的賣點。大家知道婚慶市場會用比較多的KT板E型的造型市場也會需求E型的PVC亞克力等造型,而傳統的手工鏤空的KT版E型。第一點它比較浪費人力成本,二是鏤空的做工比較粗糙醜陋,那PVC薄bo點dian,還hai可ke以yi人ren工gong,厚hou的de就jiu會hui先xian用yong雕diao刻ke機ji雕diao好hao造zao型xing再zai貼tie上shang寫xie真zhen之zhi類lei,這zhe樣yang很hen大da程cheng度du地di就jiu增zeng加jia了le人ren力li的de成cheng本ben,還hai加jia大da了le貼tie報bao廢fei的de風feng險xian,美mei觀guan度du也ye不bu夠gou。於yu是shi我wo們men去qu年nian的de時shi候hou上shang了le一yi台taiE型的雕刻機,所有的這些問題瞬間得到解決。
